I'm a mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, and the mentor of The Oils You Love Every Day (OYLED) group.

If you're here, I'm guessing you're just like me before when I was looking for a path towards health and wellness that is effective, simple, safe, and sustainable. I found that and so much more in Young Living and I'm excited for you to discover all of that too.

If you'd like to know a little more about me, I've been teaching yoga since 2009 and have been in constant pursuit of additional yoga studies, anatomy, movement, and body working courses, and training on understanding the  chemistry of essential oils.
